Name: Sheriff Charlie "Chuck" Bledsoe
Physical Description: A tall and imposing man, Sheriff Bledsoe is definitely a physically intimidating individual. Even when he smiles it seems more predatory than congenial, but his eyes are kind and that goes a ways in inspiring trust and confidence in others.
Personality Description: As a youth, Chuck was the terror of Coos county. A juvenile delinquent early in life, Chuck easily graduated to biker scum and greaser punk in his early teens. It seemed as though Chuck was headed for a life as a criminal and eventually would end up in jail. However, Sheriff Roger Bledsoe "talked" some sense into the young man. Legally adopting Chuck, Roger gave his adoptive son some tough love. Now Chuck realizes it's not a big man that can look out for himself, but can protect others from those same selfish individual. While he is still boisterous and rowdy, Sheriff Bledsoe also possesses a keen sense of justice. He will do whatever he can to protect the citizens of Coos County, no matter what the cost.
Daily Activities: As sheriff of Coos County, Chuck spends his days ensuring the peace. He patrols the greater Coos County area and responds to dispatch calls. As a sheriff-coroner, Chuck is responsible for recovering any dead bodies that may crop up as well as investigate the events and individuals that caused the corpse.
Roleplaying Guide: Chuck is an extremely perceptive and analytical individual, even if he's not a learned as big city detectives. He will always watch a person intently when they speak, and listens more than he talks. Basically, write him as a countrified Detective Goren from Law and Order: Criminal Minds.
